Windows The windows leak and the cold air whips in especially in the bedrooms.

Highland Rate Experience Overall I like living here except for three things: 1) it took over 3 weeks for replace to garage door opener which was unsafe during that time for anyone or creatures. Anybody could break into cars and seal things from the cars. 2) There has been problems with barn swallows nesting in 3rd floor air vents and corners of the roof areas and leaving bird droppings on walls and sidewalks. 3) Birchwood should be responsible for washing outside windows at least once a year as... part of the rent we pay here.

I am very pleased to the quick response when something needs to be fixed and keeping the halls, bathroom, etc clean. Also the people that work here are very friendly.
