I took my girlfriend and I calling them every week before they even looked at our application then when we were denied they didn’t even call us they emailed our co-signer and didn’t tell us.

We process applications in the order they are received. With the rental market being very busy, we have dozens of applications we process weekly. We contact the main applicant for any information pertaining to the application decisions. We wish... you the best in your rental search.

Not all the amenities as advertised
We have rented here for 3 months. We still do not have bbq grills available or a playground for our kids. Pool closes early at 8:00 pm every night and if it even sprinkles a little early in the day, it’s closed the rest of the day. Also they have used flat paint throughout the apt. which is not family friendly. We may look elsewhere when our lease is up if things don’t get better.

Thank you for the review! As you know, we are a new community here in Winchester and are growing more and more every day.
With that being said, our Tot Lot and BBQ Grills have been available for use for quite some time now and our... pool was opened this summer and only closed when the weather wasn't cooperating.
