The apartment was clean and everything worked when we moved in. We have loved having the garbage service, it makes it so convient. Only downside, is our apartment is pretty noisy. We're right next to the elevator so hear it everytime it's used.

Highmark is improving the grounds, which looks nice. Residents still don't have access to the amenities nights and weekends. Very disappointing.

Rose Cove is a great place to live. We are close to shopping and recreation areas. We appreciate the great service we have received from Greg and other maintenance staff. We hope to be here a long time.

Rose Cove is a great place to live. We are close to shopping areas and freeways. We appreciate the good office and maintenance staff who are always very helpful. We hope to stay here for a long time.

I have been living here for 5 years and 1 month my baby dog and I have been very happy living here I hope to be here for many more years I have had nothing but good experiences living here and have made a few good friends and never had any thing really gone wrong with my apartment and anything that has happened been minor but good people who have taken care of everything that has made it ok to continue to love living here
