Everything is perfect…….except for my 10% rent increase. Is there no benefit to being a 5-star resident? That makes me not want to refer and consider looking elsewhere.

Well so far I've just gone through the paces of submitting the application and meeting with the office which was very helpful in getting the necessary items accomplished. So the experience has been delightful and effective which I appreciate so that the red tape has been accomplished according to the guidelines of the ID place apartments

Maintaining the hallway climate is lacking. The temperature in the gym is too hot for summer work outs. The exterior doorways threshold’s are very dirty.

Otherwise it’s a good place to live. More organized evening activities would be nice.

Love the community. Quiet friendly. Great staff. I have totally enjoyed my time here. Love the little dog park and so does my dog. Great place to meet new friends both human and canine. Would love the felines also but, they just stay in their apartments.
