I've been here for 7 years. I like it a lot. The maintenance staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. My issues have been very few....they are extremely prompt to respond. When my AC went down a few years back they had a new compressor in in two days and even installed a window unit in the meantime. Two very nice pools. A nice quiet peaceful place. Super close to everything you need. I am involved in the two stage theatres here and the local radio station. It takes me 8 minutes to get to... downtown Conroe where they are located as well as many live music venues and restaurants. ALL utilities are included in the rent!
