Verandas is not a safe place to live
My elderly aunt lives at the Verandas and has for almost ten years. There has become a problem with homeless people gathering and putting tents on decks to live. It is unsafe for anyone to go to the mailbox or trash. There have been up to 15 people in one apartment at a time. My aunt is afraid to leave her apartment. The office has been notified and nothing has been done. When called the office states for my aunt to call the police. We have not been able to get anyone to take care of this... problem.
