I’ve lived here for a little over two years now, and what started out as a peaceful, quiet, neighborly community, has turned into a complete joke under Eskay Management. Rules are not enforced or followed. Bugs everywhere no matter how clean your apartment is. Big dogs that owners won’t keep on a leash. No parking! Forget having a parking space if you work 3rd shift or come home late. Noisy kids/people running around the lobby after quiet hours, and no parents/guardians in sight. Constant weed... smell. No amenities. I can hear everything my neighbor above me is doing and it literally sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling at any moment. No way to reach corporate office, and you’re lucky if you can even get a response from the “on site” manager who is actually rarely onsite at all. Rent continues to go up at every renewal, and although these apartments are the least inexpensive in the area, they still aren’t worth the price considering everything I’ve mentioned.
