I was told by property manager that an exterminator comes “the third Wednesday of the month” as well as inspections are done for cleanliness. Both lies. 20 months and an exterminator was here once. Next door apartment had bedbugs and I was bit twice. They still didn’t want to do preventative treatment because I didn’t have an infestation!! I treated apartment myself!! General areas are dirty because the custodian says he has 10 buildings to take care of. Property manager has 600 apartments and... issues are not being taken care of properly and when you contact upper management the property manager calls and screams. If this is what you are looking for and are willing to deal with, I say good luck. They manage 10 properties and I can’t imagine any of them being any different.?? Oh, I also dealt with bad odors and knats for more than 5 months because inspections are NOT done and the person below me is DIRTY. The seals on my windows are broken and this is how they entered my apartment. ONE BIG NIGHTMARE!!!
