The application process was long but now that I am here I love it. The neighbors are great - they all look out for each other. I feel safe here. The villa is a nice size, but it's lacking a sitting area in the kitchen. I'm finding out that they are not very well insulated. The villas are close to all amenities. Management has been timely on maintenance. Despite the couple negatives, it's a great place to live.

Wow! You really require people to have their beloved pets declawed to rent one of your apartments? Do you have ANY idea how BARBARIC and CRUEL that is to the animal? These pets are a part of their owner's family, and you are requiring them to physically torture and maim the pet, just to be allowed to rent with you. No, your complex doesn't deserve any stars, and if I could give you 0 stars, I would.

I love the appearance and location of these apartments. I plan on applying for one of them.

I am shocked at the outrageous prices that are charged for a person who is on disability just to live in one of your Villas. Yes, they are very nice, and I was impressed with the layout, with the exception that there was know room for a table in which to eat a meal from. I am also not in a wheel chair so the counters in the kitchen and bath areas were to low for me.
Please keep in mind, should you build any more the above mentioned things. Also, don't make it so hard for people to decide whether... to have to chose to eat , buy medications, or keep a roof over their heads. Read More
