Your spacious living room features a remote-controlled electric fireplace as well as cable access and individual climate controls. Stopped in for a tour and I have to say even through a pandemic they are doing an outstanding job. I was able to see every apartment they had available while feeling safe due to their high standers in cleaning. I am diffidently looking forward to moving in.

Current resident, this place is great! I have lived here almost a year now, maintenance has taken care of all my request in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough about the restaurant, the food is wonderful!

My husband and I are residents here and love living here. The entire staff is amazing. They help make these apartments feel like home. They always greet us with a smile and are very helpful for any questions or needs that may arise. The facilities are well kept and pleasant. The workout room and locker rooms are open 24/7 which is very convenient. The grounds and common rooms are kept clean and inviting. The rent includes all utilities including heat, central air, electric, even down to the... Internet and cable. Having a washer and dryer furnished is a huge bonus for apartment living. Love that there are activities for the residences too. Here at the apartments there is a restaurant, meeting rooms, exercise classes, massage therapy available, a hairdresser for men and woman plus more amenities! This is more than an apartment it is a friendly community that cares and will make you feel like home. The local area here is close to downtown Brockport and all the conveniences. In fact there is a park within walking distance and it has trails, disc golf, ball parks, dog park and other park amenities. The Chatea offers cable Wi-Fi rge,water,activities,salon,restuarant. Guest welcome in restaurant anytime. Staff responds quickly and very friendly
