Dog park is in terrible state and not usable. On the other side the management office and the maintenance team are very responsive. The entrance floods and is not drained when happen.

Overall we love living at Sherridan Ocean Club but there are a few things to be aware of. It is a “gated” community, that is when the gate works correctly. The majority of the time the gate is wide open and there have been cars stolen in front of my building. The fitness center needs a makeover and the. Building elevators are old, smelly and slow, sometimes they are down for days. It’s an older property but the staff is amazing and it’s definitely quiet and homey feeling. The maintenance team is... awesome too!

The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We are walking distance to the beach. We are minutes away from the airport and Port Everglades. It is a great location and just a wonderful place to live.
