Very clean grounds. Love the upgrades and excellent communication with management regarding appointments. Repairs are done in a very timely manner. My child and I feel safe here and we love the neighborhood. The heated pool, BBQ, and fountain by the pergola are such lovely amenities to relax and enjoy during the summer months. They have the best snow shovellers during the winter! I have lived here many years. Keep it up Birchwood!

i have lived at Birchwood Village 2 years now and in my time living here I haven't had any real problems to write about. When a bad tenant moves in, the manager is quick to make sure the rest of us get to maintain our peace and quiet and she is sure to handle them accordingly. The pool is nice in the summer and the laundry machines are cheap and clean. The neighbors are all a community of people that look out for each other and the property manager on site is great although some find her not... their cup of tea. she still gets the job done period. Our lawn is kept up and the place is clean, i personally have only seen bugs once and it was when i very first moved in and NEVER since (they were from a filthy tenant that was removed immediately!!) Cheap rents, clean units, good management. I won't give up my unit here at the "old folks home" lol thats what i call it, even though there is ppl all my age 28-55 yrs living here and its not that quiet really. My only complaint is there are no other kids here... and no kid's area for my kiddo to play . My advice.. get on the wait list because i bet it is long , no one here is giving up their units with the way rent is nowadays and for the area this place is a treasure! Read More
