Not smoke free
This property is NOT --smoke free--ppl still smoke in their rooms & out on porch in back of property. Mgmt. does not bother these people. So if you want 100% smoke free--don't move here. If enough complaints--then maybe something would change. There are not a lot of ppl who disregard this rule.
